COVID19 Protocols
We are pleased to reopen FOREST SPA . As always, the health and well-being of our team and guests remain our top priority. We have put in place protocols to ensure that the NAIL Salon is safer and that you continue to receive the best possible service and experience that you have come to expect.
The NAIL Salon follows all BodySafe and COVID-19 guidelines from Toronto Public Health and the Provincial government including the COVID-19 Guidelines for Personal Service Settings and NAIL Salons and HAIR Salons COVID-19 Prevention Checklist.
Specifically, all NAIL salon staff must perform a self assessment every day before each shift. They are required to wear a mask at all times and to disinfect all surfaces and instruments before and after each service.
In accordance with the City of Toronto and the Province of Ontario, these are protocols that must now be followed by guests in NAIL Salons:
- All guests MUST wear a mask or face covering while in the NAIL Salon
- All guests MUST use hand sanitizer when they arrive in the NAIL Salon.
- No waiting or bringing guests--arrive on time
- Bring your own beverages, magazines or devices
